POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager - Project Management is responsible for end-to-end delivery of technology projects, with a strong focus on cloud-based SaaS implementations, software development initiatives, and enterprise system deployments. This role serves as a dual-function leader, performing both project management and business analysis responsibilities. The Manager - Project Management collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to define business requirements, drive solution design, and ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead cross-functional technology projects including SaaS implementations, system deployments, and software development initiatives.
• Serve as the business analyst for assigned projects, responsible for collecting, drafting, and validating both high-level and detailed business requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to co-develop functional specifications and solution designs.
• Establish and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
• Conduct project planning, risk assessment, and status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring continuous communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate testing, change management, and business readiness activities including training and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, governance, and quality assurance processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in IT project management, systems implementation, or enterprise technology delivery
• Demonstrated experience leading SaaS/cloud-based project implementations and enterprise system deployments
• Experience acting as both Project Manager and Business Analyst within technology programs
Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong knowledge of SaaS architectures, software development lifecycles, and enterprise integration principles
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Expertise in writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories
• Understanding of testing and validation approaches in enterprise environments
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
